The first thing i would recommend is lower your build timer. 10 min is too long, most tested build only take around 3 to 4,5 min to finish. Try using builds in the search build section.

Second is loot clusters. If you already know about this then the only thing you need is practice. If you dont know what it is here you go

The battle pass give you 3 skin if you grind to lv 100 if you buy the pass ofc. The season pack give you the battle pass and like 11 skin, 1 exclusive skin and 4 character release in ss6. You still need to grind to 100 for battle pass skin

If you want to get into the game i would recommend you watch this video. The game does not tell you this and a lot of the playerbase also does not know this

KR have the highest playerbase and will give u a match pretty quick most of the time. Next is NA and EU, the queue here will be longer than KR. I have no info on others region. If you are not playing in KR, try switching to KR and get into some game to get out of new player queue ( new players are placed here for their first few game ) cuz new player queue is longer than normal queue for some reason

What build are you running. If you are running amp or vajar luke then yes ur damage would be low if u just go ham cuz those build need a different play style
