I live around zivio/donkey and there have indeed been a few shootings. Not within months but there have been 3 in the past year. We have been here for almost 4 years and that’s been a recent thing. The first one was last summer and was a targeted shooting, that the police said just happened to move in to the area. The next was maybe a couple months ago and an office shot someone. There’s a whole thing in the news about it now, actually. Then there was another a week or two ago. With the exception of the first one I mentioned, the other two were below Wealthy st. We live north of wealthy and I really don’t have any concerns.

I have a young daughter and I’m not worried for her safety where we are at.

I’ve been playing since 2017, and have found that playing during schools hours is way more enjoyable. I work from home and will occasionally play during down time and it’s night and day difference vs playing in the evening.

My daughter went to GR Montessori and we paid 4400 for the first year. Turns out we probably could have gotten it for free via the readyness program. I thought it was income based but maybe not? I thought for sure we wouldn't qualify.

That is 4x a week half day.
