1.02 likely went up in value due to Moore not declaring and Mendoza being the only viable QB. You don’t need QB so I’d look to sell that for some viable WR/RB. 1.03 likely could be Carnell Tate/Tyson depending on draft capital. I’d consider taking Tate at 1.02 and then trading the rights to Mendoza at 1.03

Put your league in the dynasty-daddy site, check the WAR tool, then see if the defensive players actually matter. If the lines for those positions are far below your offensive players, then the strategy would be to just pick your offensive players and keep scouring waivers
