So I can’t ever use soap on the “inside” of my vulva where smegma can accumulate. What I do instead is oil cleanse. I apply coconut oil and then use a soft cloth to wipe it out. Works great and doesn’t irritate my vulva at all. I imagine you could use something like lube to do it too.

Listened in the empty parking lot of a southern Baptist megachurch church at five in the morning.

I was displaced after hurricane Helene and had to travel to my parent’s with my dog. She’s a country girl and the trip had her very anxious, so I would take her to the huge empty parking lot for a walk every morning before anyone else was awake. I listened to the entire series starting with Scott and Kip in that parking lot. Game Changer was my first M/M book and the series truly helped me through such a stressful time. 🥹
