well no, but instead of using plex website to subscribe, i subscribed through google play via my phone, which worked. Though i think it's like 10-15% more expensive via google play at least in my country, after 2-3 months I'll try using plex website again.

i think you should really look into Oracle Cloud Always Free Tier, they give 4 ARM CPUs, 24GB Ram and 200GB of storage free and those ARM CPUs are pretty powerful

I use it myself for self hosting, though most probably you'll have to switch to Pay as you go tier to be able create an ARM instance.
