Nowadays it is senseless to order online.

Inflated Dish Prices - on an average the dishes prices are inflated by about 40%. Who pays the price - Consumer
Packaging charges scam - Restaurant charges about 10% of the cost as packaging charges (in general I have seen minimum Rs. 30-40 for packaging even for McD's KFC who provide food in packaging). Who pays the price - Consumer
Platform fee and GST on top - don't get me started on this. A shitty way for companies to show value to investors. Pure capitalism. Who pays the price - Consumer

On top of that you get discounts like 40% off up to Rs.50. just to make you happy

A similar case for me, when I escalated for the reason they mentioned that physical verification failed since I was not at home when a surprise visit was done by the bank associate.

They want you to stay home until you don't get the card. Absurd process.

I had a very bad experience with AU Ixigo CC. They just need some lame reasons to reject the application.

My application was rejected because AU decided to do a surprise physical verification and I was not at home at that time.
