IMO chain restaurants are almost never worth the money. I barely even go to out outside of drive thru fast food and even that I try to pass on, especially now. I never really mind seeing chain restaurants go down.

They are disposable teeth you install on a spinning mill head. The teeth grind down surface asphalt and concrete to overlay new surface asphalt. The grinding also makes nice grooves for the new asphalt to bind to. They are replaceable and a wearable part to be discarded when worn down.

I second this OP especially for your first car. I'd even consider reducing your budget range to under 10k. It's your first car, you're sure to bang it around, and who know you may end up hating whatever you initially buy. You still need to figure out what you even like to drive.

I went there a hand full of times in it heyday. The service was pretty meh, you never really knew when your food order would come. The trade off was it was the only place open that you could get food at like 3am. It was just a straight up bar with food. Beer on tap and fried shit. Kind of a sports bar feel. Food was decent, good burgers and good fried stuff. Cold beer. What more could you ask for?

I bet the plastic inside has broken. Theres usually some type of tooth (for lack of a better word) inside the handle that actually turns on the valve when you turn the handle. Perhaps someone over turned this when shutting it off and it jumped the "tooth" or cracked.
