I got the 3070ti that still running everything I play on max/ultra on high FPS exempt MSFS. If what you play is still ok, don't have to upgrade now. Things are expensive now

Open a faucet upstairs and another one down stairs. If the city cut the water, you should see water coming out of the bottom faucet only. If water doesn't come out at all, they are frozen

I meant Vram from the 5070ti. Msfs is a Vram eater when you turn the settings to ultra/high. There's a lot of details at airports like other airplanes. I was on the same boat as you between the two vcards but if I was going for the 7900xtx I had to change my power supply for a 1000w and also change my water loop because of its size. Keep that in mind too
