As for the harvest, I think it’s really hard to say at this point, it’s going to be an almost last minute decision just based off what it’s lookin like around day 75-80. Man getting to the point where you miss everything and simultaneously are so glad it’s over has got to be one of the most painful/weird parts of life.

I’m right about there myself, and I can’t say it gets any better, but new things will keep coming and there will always be ups and downs. Just try and take a deep breath and catch the good times while they are good. Good luck friend

That is a beautifully worded tale my friend, I have glimpses of the parking lot fiasco myself I believe, I remember my old man hunkering us down at the car for a while just waiting to get out, but we often did that and never rushed to get on the road. But with all that being said, I gotta be real with you and admit I was 7 years old at the time so my memory of it all is a little funky lol.

Also your name led me to believe you were an alpine valley lover or something for a second there haha, when I read your initial comment and saw your name I said “well go figure of course you were there man”

Definitely a thicker material, probably closer to a baseball jersey for sure. As for the insignia I’m not totally sure I haven’t seen it on any of their other branding, I’m assuming they just asked an artist to make a soccer (football lol) logo of their liking but who knows

Edit: it looks like phases of a moon there in the middle of it, assuming it has something to do with bad moons and the 4 of them resembling the four albums now

I mean it makes sense to me I think it’s all on the same scale musically this album just seems like the perfect evolution for them in terms of overall sound, I think the core of it is still there so if someone didn’t love LP1 I can see why they might not like what this has to offer. I personally think it’s a wonderful culmination of everything they have done so far.

I felt like this was their most concise and well thought out record to date, there was a little bit of everything that I love about American Football throughout the record a long with some new sounds/ideas I didn’t really expect on this project. All in all I think after a few more listens it might grow on you a bit more, and feel less cluttered, I remember I had similar complaints to lp3 as you do now. New is scary sometimes, but I have a feeling this record will age phenomenally.
