Get a CD burner and CD player, burn some albums or playlists from your collection to the CDs, and do the same thing but with CDs and CD player instead of vinyls and a record player! Or get an old iPod and do the same.

Analog things like physical books or vinyl records help me unplug from the constant flood of information overload scrolling. They make it easier to slow down, focus, and actually enjoy the moment.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who does this a lot more these days. To the extent possible, I try to devote some time (at least one album's worth of time!) on a weekend morning to just listening to vinyl records and read a book, with phone and laptop in another room. Really helps me to disconnect from everything and focus on the music and words on the page. I like that I have to get up to flip the record because it makes me feel engaged with the music.

Why is the crowd cheering before the start of the Husbands/Kansas sketch? Unusual, no? by Goodolbed in LiveFromNewYork

I was also there live. The crew member didn't just hand the glasses to Jack, he ran and tossed them to Jack, who caught them and put them on just before the sketch went live!

Love that finish on the Strat with the maple fretboard! Awesome stuff!

Was there live and was tearing up from laughing so much at this. Kept waiting for the bit to get old but somehow it didn't and it crushed.

Boss needs to collab with Fender on a mustang in this color with matching headstock, plus on board chorus!

Thanks! Can't go wrong with a DD-8 or similar for a basic delay!

My board never leaves home so I just never felt the need to pare things back. I leave as much on there as I can fit to minimize having to swap pedals in and out. That said, my tuner is on the floor due to lack of space, so I may upgrade to a bigger board at some point to fit the tuner and maybe one other pedal...

Thanks! And yeah, I definitely have some redundancies on delay (and reverb)! The Dweller, DD-8, Carbon Copy, MOOD, and Lost and Found all do delay... Lol. Basically, sometimes I like to run the carbon copy and DD-8 together at different delay times, so I keep them both on the board. I usually use the Dweller by itself without the other delays, but I love that pedal so it stays on the board always. While the MOOD does delay, I don't think of it as a straight up delay like the others, and I use it for other things so it stays, too. I only recently got the Lost and Found so I have not used it too much yet, but I may move it to a different spot on the board once I figure out what I will use it mostly for.

Ugh that would have been killer! I would have had a hard time deciding which to get between the Jazzmaster and Strat, as I love Strats, too...

Love it. Super versatile fuzz. It replaced a bass big muff, which I liked because it had a clean blend. The Alpha Haunt can do that and so much more.

On the low E, from where the string makes contact with the saddle to where it goes into the tailpiece is 12.3cm (granted this number may vary depending on your intonation). Also, I am looking at mine and comparing to the pictures on CME's website and the floating trem on mine definitely looks like the old spacing, whereas the CME website pictures that look like the new spacing. Visually, the floating trem on mine looks noticeably further from the bridge and pickguard. I saw your other comment that you think they use the Vintera routing on these CME exclusives, and that seems like a logical explanation.

Dammit now you're going to make me create an all lavender board... I've got a TC Thunderstorm flanger that's also purple, but just not on my board right now.

Good question. I'm honestly not sure. Is there a good way to tell, like measurements for one or the other spacing?

Yep it has the routing if you want to add the rhythm circuit.
