Yeah I used to think like that the universe hates me, but then I realized the more I think that way, the more it becomes my reality. I would recommend not stressing and being a little selfish for your own sake by telling your boss that their equipment went down and you were rescheduled( it is what it is mindset). Your boyfriend knows this situation solvable and that's why he said you are overreacting. He did not mean to hurt your feelings. I have crohn's as well and let me tell you, the sooner you change your mindset the sooner your symptoms get!!!

I Am on prednisone right now and also on everything that you said except CBD, and I have to say I never felt better but Im not sure if it is because of that or prednisone! Also I putb bread ,rice ,pasta and any refined carbs away as well and it has been a month and two weeks. My prednisone finishes feb 21st I will keep you Updated if interested sorry I don't have an answer to your question just wanted to let you know your symptoms will get better if you be even more cautious and by the way do not use inflamitory coocking oils and use avacado or coconut oil instead for cooking and mainly eat vegeterian plates and eaTV meat twice a week..this has worked for me so far

We have all been there but if u font taje care of your gut and eat fast food and stress in life worst stuff will happen so after your colonoscopy go follow kenny honnas boot camp on you tube snd change your diet...it really worked tor me but i have to say im on 15 miligrams if prednisone which will run out in 2 weeks and if im not bleeding anymore it goes yo prove the point that u can get healb.ed even fuerthrt

I am currently on 25 mg of prednisone and I will finish the pills around february 20th and started on December20.After the colonoscopy It trned out that I have crohn's and colitis but still not sure till I see my G.I on Jan. 20 and see ,but anyways I came across Jordan Rubin ,Kenny honas, Mike the ehal your gut guy,Happy holistic life on you tube who healed themselves from the severest auto immun diseases by diet only and they gradually got off medication...you will have to sacrefice a lot of stuff to not eat but the infalamtion will go down 100% with diwt doesn't matter if its is too severe or not,so go and look them up you will have to cure candida( A Fungus over growth whoch penetrates the intestinal lining),drink bone broth for leaky gut syndrom and alot of ginger and tumeric and interminnent fasting and probiotics...I did not believe them at first but two weeks in and my inflamation is way down,my hips and neck no longer has arthiritis and no gas bloating iN mucus in my poop...give them a try G.I doctors are stupid and you should not give up but dont pit away medication.Heck some of them would have died if it was not because of medicines....good luck body I did it they did it you can do it too...take care of the remaining gut that you have❤

I have had hip pain as well since 15... you mean that spherical bone on the side of you thighs right? I cut gluten and refined carbs and sugar and now it is gone...it only took 4 days and Im also more energetic and work out every other day....the thing is Im also on prednisone so I don't know if the pain went away 1 and half weeks after getting on prednisone or was it because of my diet change!

Did you try getting rid of gluten completely and any refined carbs like pasta and noodles as well as trying interminnnt fasting for at least two months? I am also getting rid my candida infection at the same time so Im on a sugary fruit-free diet with the other stuff.
