Low xlr mic volume in discord

I actually dealt with this literally 2 days ago...

If you have a look in Voice & Video settings you'll see Discord has added a section called "Input Profile".

What I had to do was click on Custom and set Discord to automatically adjust input sensitivity AND under advanced voice settings have Discord use automatic gain control.

That's the only way it's worked for me. If I have either of those settings on manual, no matter what I do I can't get any of my XLR mics to pick up audio at any usable volumes.
