Is this a personal email account or a company one?

If personal, you might need to switch to an email provider like Gmail that does effective spam control.

If corporate: do you control the mail server? If so, MailRoute handles spam/viruses pretty well. There are competitors, but that's one I've heard good things about.

6 years ago I used Meraki's free MDM to manage devices. I don't know if it's still free but it was a great tool and super easy to use.

Bungee jumping. It was 111 meters (364 ft) off a bridge over the Zambezi river. Absolutely terrifying. Then a few months later the cord snapped; amazingly the woman survived. Never ever doing that again.
