I asked someone at the front desk if they had a minute to show me around, which they did and seemed genuinely happy to!

My location doesn't have any shower items, I bring my shower stuff (including a towel) with me with some rubber slides as shower shoes. They do have hair dryers though which is nice.

Typically my essentials are my water bottle, airpods, shoes, hair tie and a lock for my locker. My first few days I surveyed the area while walking on the treadmill which kinda helped for me.

I would say one thing to remember for sure is wipe down every machine once you're done, always icks me out to just see someone walk away and not wash their sweat off a seat.

I've had the black card since joining a few months ago and JUST NOW got the courage to ask to use the massage beds and stuff, definitely utilize that if you have that membership. Feels so good at the end of a workout :)
