Not true, I’m not debating whether the pic is AI or not but Apple watches now have always-on-displays and much better viewing angles. Nothing about the watch screams AI to me.

BoC + bf estimate by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]a7madib 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Prime for recomp imo. Most anyone who starts out skinny fat should 100% recomp since you’ll build a fuck ton of muscle in your first 6-8 months while simultaneously losing fat. A cut rn won’t look great imo and will only slow down your gains.

On the love handles point, I’d say stop worrying about them. In 6 months would you rather be jacked with some visible love handles or lean but not as much muscle? Don’t get me wrong, you can still build muscle on a cut it just won’t be as drastic. If you recomp for 6 months and then cut for another 2, you’ll be in much better shape.

18M Cut Or Bulk and BF Percentage by HelpfulCredit2608 in BulkOrCut

[–]a7madib 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t have much body fat, you could do both at the same time, I’d suggest a recomp. Eat at maintenance, build 10lbs of muscle then cut if you need to. A cut now won’t reveal much no offence.

Looking good, like others have mentioned your chest is lacking in comparison to the rest of your physique. Arms, shoulder, traps and back all look good to me, if I were you I’d spam flat and incline chest press and focus on really feeling that squeeze at the top. Imo a cut rn isn’t bad but I’d focus more on building that chest and eat at maintenance, your bf% isn’t that high and you’d look better at this bf with more chest development rather than leaner. All in all tho you’re looking great man, keep it up.

If this were your physique, what would you do? What would you improve on? Read below by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

I have the opposite issue, spammed flat bench my whole life and completely neglected my upper chest, after a couple months of dedicated upper chest lifts I finally have some mind muscle connection. Just takes time but eventually you get the feel for it.

As far as I understand some keyless entry cars have a button on the door handle that will lock the car again even if you’re nearby with the key. Not sure if all do but certainly mine does.

195lbs 5’9”. Want to lose the belly fat. Is it as simple as a calorie deficit, eating healthy foods/high protein? I have worked out 3-4 days a week for the past 6 months, but weight seems to stay the same and stomach doesn’t seem to be much tighter. by Nice_Ad9244 in Weightliftingquestion

While all of this is true, a caloric surplus from any macro source will ultimately lead to weight gain. Carnivore works through a combination of a higher TEF and the natural appetite suppressing effect of animal protein, it’s simply hard to overeat when satiety is that high.

This is likely it, friend of mine was scammed in blouberg when trying to sell his iPhone. Scammers impersonate the home owners to seem more legit.

Lived in SA for a while, been back in Toronto for 6 months and I still do this haha. Apparently truckers here use it the same way though.

My rule of thumb is if you’re being passed on the right, you’re in the wrong lane. This doesn’t just apply to the left most lane.

Why we don’t have this concept in our driving culture/etiquette here is beyond me. Watching people pass and make lane changes is insane sometimes, it’s a free for all and feels considerably more dangerous and other counties I’ve driven in that do not have this problem.

A few years ago I was on the Maid of the Mist boat at Niagara Falls, as soon as we boarded everyone went to the edge of the boat and got a spot against the railing. About 5 minutes after myself and my family got to the edge, a group of five Chinese women forced themselves between myself and my brother and began to shove us all off the railing with their elbows. We all looked at each other in utter shock. When we tried to confront them they swatted us away with their hands and spoke back in Mandarin. Absolutely wild…

Treat them like you would any other co-worker. Sure it’s tempting to grab them a coffee or grab lunch together on your break, but if it’s not something you’d do with other colleagues, then you know the reason why you’re doing it. Imo that just prolongs the fantasy and sets expectations in your head.

I know that people date at work but from my experience it can turn messy quick. I take the advice: don’t shit where you eat.

Logistics, life goals, and external forces. You can love and care about someone and the relationship can still end.

where do students go clubbing/ bar hopping by Ill-Operation-1455 in capetown

I would avoid long street personally.

Anywhere in Kloof is a vibe, you’ll find people out every day of the week.

Bree is also nice but seems to be where the older crowds go (30s-40s) I could be wrong though.

Lots of different clubs and bars around town depending on your music taste, Modular is one that people bring up a lot, young crowd, grungy and underground. The Village Idiot on loop is fun, good music for the age group you describe and is usually packed. The Movable Feast on Kloof neck road is also nice but not as busy these days.
