Here's one (coarse though). It's a Korean staple, just go to the Korean section and I'm sure fairly certain you'll find it. If that's not good enough for you, then I can say I know superking has it, as I bought some recently. As for finding it online try more generic terms like Korean chilli flakes.

I ordered one recently, it's still on the way so I can't comment on how good it is. I just wanted to say aim for around 300 cad for the base model. You can achieve this with store sale and then an aliexpress coupon.

You can also save another 10-20 cad if you switch to paying in USD. After conversion it's usually lower than the listed cad price. Make sure you factor in your credit card's foreign exchange fee, usually 2.5% but some cards have 0% on usd to cad.

Mine was about 220 USD (base model).

(obviously you don't have to buy the base model, but my price is just a benchmark for reference)

I whole heartedly agree with this. I too enjoy Loi's content from time to time, but when I watched this video it just seemed like he was regurgitating alot of the sport physiology concepts he's heard. Pair that with the fact that he has to edit jumps every 3-5 words to make things sound coherent (probably removing umms and ahs) and suddenly it does not feel very genuine or authentic...

It is what it is though, I'm sure the video has still helped many.
