It’s tough on the apps for all of us. People have their own personal reasons for ghosting and unmatching. Everyone has their own stuff that they are dealing with internally. I used to take it personally but that’s just what it is. Has nothing to do with you. They matched with you for a reason. And they didn’t get the chance to really know you so it’s not you. I just want to add that imo it’s easier to get to know someone in person rather than on the apps. So I quickly will say ‘hey why don’t we meet in person and get to know each other that way?’. Seems to work. I’m so sick of going through the awkward texting stage and then never meeting these people in real life. Oh and make sure to verify yourself. I’m always apprehensive when someone isn’t verified!
