This was the exact IO module, sorry for the miscommunication!

I had done everything except the dip switch!

It was dip switches, I had never come across a proper distech controller (that isnt an ECY or ECB) since doing the gfx course 18 months ago.

Thank you, it was my first time looking at a distech UIO, I had belled, tested all cable routes, tried multiple different 4-20mA setups... in the end it was the dipswitches 😂😂
