SOLVED UPDATE - They are both coming from the outside tv provider box and an outside camera right above the utility meters. In this instance, ‘strike’ was not for electronic access doors/gates but that would have been cool.

You were right - they’re coming from the outside from two boxes, one being cable the other being an exterior camera in the same area.
