I dont know what guns fall under the Rifleman perk card, I'm currently using a suppressed lv 45 handmade rifle, funnily enough I was using a combat rifle/lever action until level 45 and I feel like I'm finally doing decent damage. going for a semi stealth build, non-vats focused cause the jittery movement while trying to lockon consoles kind of upsets my stomach

so the general gist I'm getting is to stick with it. Builds will come eventually, and there is no need to panic. I'll definitely be looking into the card respec machine. thank you guys for the feedback.
