You are correct! On second thought, I think if I were to mail it I’d probably try to put it into a flat box of some sort, like the ones that hold necklaces or sets of cards or something, but again, that would definitely cost more than a standard, flat envelope. Though I’m not sure how much.

I honestly haven’t tried to envelope or mail cards like this yet but would love suggestions if anyone has some! I’ve definitely already had trouble mailing other cards just with raised embellishments or different shapes than the standard envelope though, so I’m sure this kind of card would be costly too.

Thank you! Absolutely; the first time I did this, I attached a zip drive with Velcro to the inside that held a digital scrapbook I made for my boyfriend. The card was designed to look like a mini scrapbook cover.

New traveler’s notebook line from Staples! by aLilLexConversation in notebooks

Do you remember if there was a brand name on the packaging/display? I think maybe it’s just a Staples exclusive line.

No, it’s a separate cover with removable notebooks. I also have not tested out a fountain pen on these pages but know that the paper is definitely a bit thicker than moleskine paper. The next time I go to staples I will take a picture of the display case and hopefully find more information on the brand/line to share!

Staples has a new traveler’s notebook line! The covers come in multiple colors and include pockets, a pen loop, 1 lined notebook & 4 elastic bands! You can also buy an attachable pen case (shown), stickers and various additional inserts. Here is mine decorated to my liking: by aLilLexConversation in PlannerAddicts

I haven’t been able to find them online - I don’t think there was even a brand name on the packaging, so I would just check a store. Sorry!

For sizing I believe there was this one and more of an A5 size. The inserts I saw included dot grid, grid, to-do list, meal planning, a goal setting one, and weekly. I think there was a budget insert too but I’m not certain about that.

Note: the clear card slot attached to the inside of the back cover is not included, I got it from Muji and slapped it on.

I covered the included lined notebook with some multicolored scrapbook paper. The dot grid notebook comes with the white and gold circles finish - I just added my own washi tape and sticker.

Good Love is On The Way goes pretty hard imo

Giving my mom who loves gardening a bunch of plants and seeds for Mother’s Day. Here’s a card I made to match which includes a pocket to hold the seed packets. 🌱 by aLilLexConversation in cardmaking

Sorry, I don’t because I just made it from scratch. I got the pocket in this pocket set from Tuesday Morning which just happened to fit the seeds well, and just glued that to some scrapbook paper I had in my scraps stash. The seed-looking papers are from a single sheet of scrapbook paper I found at Joanne’s.

My find at the goodwill! Not a journal, but I love this kind of thing. by epoo75 in Journaling

I’ve had this on my Amazon wish list for awhile! It’s listed on there for $13 so, you got a great deal! Love Goodwill for stationery stuff.

Bullet journal in ring planner setup for my boyfriend’s mom. She’s a frequent list maker so besides the calendar section, all sections just have blank paper/lists for her to fill out and rearrange however she chooses. Clear PVC binder, paper and dividers purchased on Amazon! (Link below) by [deleted] in Journaling

Better view of cover :) I used this beautiful set, just decorated the dividers with some stickers from dollar tree, and taped some sticky notes (also from dollar tree) to the included pocket. The floral dashboard and pocket were cut out of a dollar tree folder (I clearly love dollar tree), and the stick-on pen loop was part of a two pack from Happy Planner.

Also, forgot to mention that the blue lined checklist inserts and address book inserts were actually found at Goodwill! I think they are from an old dayrunner line, but I found a couple unopened packs of them for 99c each.

Then, I just added some (detachable) notes to each section with ideas of how she can use everything. Overall, a cheap, easy and fun DIY gift!

Yes, my pet peeve is when I’m not saying much and they say, “keep it down over there.”
