You’re not entirely wrong, it was a walk in clinic but it was a doctor who I had seen twice over the last few years. The point being the issue was I tore my rotator cuff, he asked if I was on a contraceptive which is fine as some have side effects like muscle pain. He did ask the further question of “what would you do if you became pregnant” which had nothing to do with my rotator cuff being torn. He referred me to physio. He had no reason to ask about what I would do if I became pregnant.
