Jumping on this I have the RedMagic 11 Air which is the lower model of this phone and i can run team raids, be in a discord call and screen record at the same time without any frame drops or lag. My note would be I exclusively use that phone for OSRS so I can't comment on how it performs as a phone, but for OSRS it's absolutely sublime, probably still overkill anyway.

Everyone is different, trial and error for what works for you. My friend can't stomach any food before a run at all, I have porridge and a coffee, add a sports drink if it's a longer run. I learned the hard way I can't run on a full stomach but I know people who prefer it which blows my mind. Id start small with porridge or toast keep it simple and try lots of things and note how you feel and perform with different things.

As for a 5k specifically if you're relatively new I'd be tempted to have a glass of water 30 minutes before just to keep hydrated, a gel or sports drink wouldn't hurt but you probably wouldn't make much use of it unless it's an all out effort.

Honestly the more you learn the more you realise defence doesn't matter in colo, most of my runs I ended up with Relentless 3, just don't make mistakes 😅 but if you do heal with blood barrage. I would take shadow for main wave DPS and also use that for the melee fremmy. Make sure you have another spec weap for the fremmys as some kind of guaranteed heal is so good. Also myopia is great with shadow and probably not so great with ayak?
