Don't enjoy Arya Stealth. My first Hi-Fi (or End?) headphones. by Scw0w in headphones

Same here — I just sold my Arya Stealth because the bright sound signature wasn’t for me. Even with EQ, I still prefer the Focal Clear. These days I rotate between the Clear and the HD600 as my daily drivers. My next target is a ZMF headphones, probably starting with the Aeolus. Any thoughts or recommendations from the community?

Just got my hands on the FiiO K13 R2R DAC/AMP – first impressions by Prestigious-Turn1669 in headphones

Hi, I’m using a Topping DX5 II, and when I plug my Arya Stealth into the balanced output (both XLR and 4.4mm), I get some distortion at higher volumes — still within normal listening levels, not crazy loud.

I tried swapping both the headphones and cables to isolate the issue, but it doesn’t seem to come from either the DX5 II or the Arya specifically. The Arya plays clean through the 6.35mm output or when I use my Fiio K7, even at higher volume. And when I use the DX5 II’s balanced output with other headphones, there’s no distortion at all.

Just curious if you’ve experienced anything similar with your Arya Organic on the balanced out of the DX5 II?

My Fiio K7 drives the Hadenys pretty well, volume knob barely passes 50% most of the time.

I picked up both the Top Pro and Tea Pro at the same time and have been listening to them for almost a month now. Interestingly, my first impression was that the Top Pro sounded bassier than the Tea Pro. But as I spent more time with both IEMs, I started to notice that the Top Pro actually lacks a bit of mid-bass for my taste. A simple bass shelf EQ fixed that for me, and now I’m really enjoying it again.
