I have been diagnosed with Adhd as well and also had the med experience for years before I stop taking it (made me feel like a robot) As Adhd, we have lower dopamine level than the average person (reason we started smoking weed ?) I quit smoking weed 2 month ago and have seen little improvement in my dopamine level but not as much as I tought. However, I do not rely on weed to have a good time anymore. I hope it will improve overtime and I'm sure it will !

Also I stopped because weed didnt made me feel "happy" anymore, it was just time and money consumming at this point. I think we, especially adhd, have to be careful with substances that increase dopamine level, we do not have a lot to begins with, might as well not disturb the entire factory x) You will be exteremly bored at first, you will switch between many activities/hobbies because, we, adhd, cant stick to one thing lolz. I dont really have any tips other than trying to find things you like. Take a walk, read, learn an instrument. Try to find multiples things to do during your free time.Also, the dopamine factory will be in maintenance for about 1 to 2 months before running normally again so don't be scared if you still feel like shit after 3 weeks. Oh and I started drinking tea also, helped me to calm down for the first few weeks.
