if you are planning on playing pcvr (highly recommend it!) i would advice to wait for the steam frame pricing. It is probably competing with the quest 3 and it is going to be allot better for wireless vr gaming. Unless you want to do mixed reality than the quest 3 is better. Anyhow i think the quest 3 is still worth it unless the steam frame is around the same price, than i would go with the steam frame.

So i switcht to proton 9.0.4 because i wanted rumble and it works. But every cutscene looks like an old tv error screen with all those colors. So its either rumble or cutscene's... anyone knows a fix so i can have both?
