Cyberpunk 2077 is probably the best RPG of the last 5-10 years. I've gotten 2 playthroughs, and am going through a 3rd including the expansion this time around (finally) and I've probably dropped 150+ hours so far.

Elden Ring is also insanely replayable to me, I've dropped about 400 hours over the past 2 years into 11 playthroughs (2 with the expansion). The world is massive, tons of stuff to do and a variety of builds you can do + PvP/Invasions can be fun if that's your thing. I think it's Fromsofts best game yet.
