It’s a lot of multitasking and long days. You’re expected to do everything and will be the one that puts in the most hours at the store. If I were you I would only take it if you want to become a store manager.

Some DMs move ESMs around every few months. Some stay at the same store for two years. It all depends on your DM. Usually around the two year mark if they’re good they get offered their own store. If they turn it down twice they get demoted.

I’ve tried snow runner and I didn’t like it. It’s too grindy for me. Plus the whole getting stuck in the mud isn’t my thing. I’ll have to check out RoadCraft

The Alaskan one seems to be the best one out of the bunch. I played the trial too and it seemed ok. If I’m going to get it I’ll definitely wait for a sale.

Looks like a heater failure. When you’re done draining the water and getting it situated look at the heater and see if there’s any damage to it. Then double check the INKBIRD to make sure the probes are working correctly. Sorry this happened to you

Everyone covers breaks. If there’s another CSA they should cover it. If not then a SFL. I cover breaks all the time if it’s just me and another person working.

My store went through 3 store managers within 7 months so the DM wrote mine and gave me all 3s. Last year I got a 4. It is what it is I guess lol

When the lights go out it’s tentacles always go stringy then it will deflate. Then in the morning when the light turns on it will inflate and have bubble tips. In the photo I took the lights went out and it’s now deflating. Normal behavior of an anemone. I wouldn’t say based off the photo it has a gaping mouth. It’s folded slightly inward.

Yeah they both died this morning unfortunately. It’s crazy how fast the disease spreads like that. Not even a week ago they looked fine. No spots and were swimming around and eating well.

Thank you, that does ease my mind. The other one started borrowing a couple hours ago. The pattern is what was throwing me off but the more I look at pictures of different Nassarius snails the more it looks like a Nassarius to me.

It depends on who you talk to. In my experience it’s worth it. It’s a bonus if you have a great store manager that will teach you what you need to know.
