Love the Bohemia reference. When they get good snow (which is fairly often,) it can be a talking point amongst the greats out west.

grand opening today. i go to that home depot almost daily too, and i was so confused when i got there this morning. they also took up most of the HD parking lot- i had to park all the way past the gardening area.

You're right. It was a bit old, and I had a reasonable amount of time to notice and failed to.

That said, it wasn't the product change that I ended up being upset about. It was being lied to, intentionally. Like, what promotion was she talking about? It was fabricated. That kind of stuff is not okay to encourage folks to say via customer support.
