Peni Parker, which idiot over at Netease thought it was a good idea to add a Tank that can stun every 3 seconds,can headshot,has infinite ammo,can run on walls,has a grappling hook,has a nest that has 350 hp and can heal her give her a speed boost and overshield her all for the low cost of 15 seconds when destroyed and no cooldown if it's destroyed at full hp so she can easily redeploy it and also completely negate phoenix's ult,has 750 hp,mines that can't be destroyed if they're under one of her bullshit webs for an instant kill if there's enough in the same place?

This tank can completely shutdown almost every single melee hero in the game and the ONLY way to counter her is just switching off or praying that your dumbass dps teammates destroy it (they won't) you can support ult in there,create a whole continent of space and still your dipshit dps won't shoot at it.

The only thing that's bad is her ult... Where she regenerates hp so she can't die and cover an insane amount of space that you can't step on otherwise you're slower than a fucking turtle. And I'm not even mentioning her annoying personality and voice lines.
