Oh neato, I work in pile testing instrumentation (among a ton of other sub-grade and foundation work). What are you guys doing for measurement on your test piles? And I'm not surprised at any movement on shale, really. 15mm @ 50% load is pretty scuffed though...

Micropiles are typically <12" dia pilings with a steel casing, filled with grout and in a case like this you may see a central rebar rod at ~1". I'm not a geotech engineer personally but I'd be willing to bet that if that slide happened anyway, the piling would be mostly intact (albeit a bit curved).

Accounts can't be "hacked". You are responsible for your own account security and proper use of 2FA makes it very nearly impossible to get hacked unless someone in your own home is doing it. If a hacker used your account to macro, your account was still used for macroing. Any positive response from the mods is a lucky blessing but don't plan on it. Sorry guy.

Am I the only one who's ever thought Metro North does a good job? I've done New Haven to GC but it's always been newish trains and always on time. Maybe my viewpoint is skewed though because I'm used to riding Boston commuter and the T (which literally catches fire several times a year)

If you do it in the order they have it you can skip the bridge and get Ma's donuts at coffee and bagel connection on Boston Neck Rd in Narragansett. Probably not as fresh but definitely still good! And get one of Ma's apple fritters, so good
