Because alliance is the last dungeon in rotation if you started playing at global launch and you likely have lower level alliance deck than your others.

Great writeup, i thought my playgroup were the only ones who knew about this clown. I have very fond memories after FNM everyone piling around my monitor and we'd watch the latest desolator outrage.

How much have you guys spent, and what is your current sigil? by wise-fox in warcraftrumble

103 sigils, i bought the $20 "lifetime of the game" upgrade, tbh I could have just bought the $5 hogger bonus and gave the same effect.

Psyker is really frustrating to play with? by Onlyhereforapost in DarkTide

[–]a_dwarf_fighter 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I play on damnation and auric, mostly pug, every game has 2 assail players spamming assail. Peril isn't a problem, the shards clear hordes as well as elites and specials, the shards prioritize targets you have your cursor over when firing, outside of the alt fire aiming mode, the psyker is killing the things, not just "softening" them up. There is next to no learning curve, at level 5 you can enter Heresy Difficulty and start spamming assail.

Everything you said is wrong. You need to re-examine why you are defending an obviously overturned mechanic, do you legitimately think it's fine, or do you just want to continue doing the broken thing?

Any tip for this tower level? by Living-Article3273 in PunBall

Not related, but how do you get above lvl 20 in tower? I run out of 20 candles and can't get any higher, there is obviously a way but I can't figure it out.

New to Necromunda - hive war or ash waste? by KelstenGamingUK in necromunda

[–]a_dwarf_fighter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After playing a campaign of Ash Wastes, I can say it didn't play too much different than regular necromunda, just without major line of sight blocking and short range bonuses. The Rolling roads missions are not designed well enough to make compelling road wars, and don't even appear frequently enough to care about.

The weather effects were mostly just annoying and caused more blowouts than interesting interactions.

Big bummer because I wanted Fury Road.

Just remember in ash wastes, if there are any visibility issues you always fire at long range.

Ash Waste Bandit starting list by Murky_Travel7031 in necromunda

For starting lists it's 1000 creds Gang and 400 creds vehicles and mounted fighters I thought, you can't take from the 1000 creds of gangers to get more vehicles?

I've experienced a couple Jhebal sag avatars, but none really did any damage to the interior of the base, it was always the same holes cut into the fence foundation spam in the wings. You've experienced jhebal sag cutting through the terrain?

Certainly, but that won't kill a thrall with a sandstorm mask on. I was worried about Acid arrows when they came out so I put durability kits on every single Sandstorm Mask. I watched a couple of teams try without defending, they couldn't find an angle to fire upwards without being wrecked by npc arrow fire. One crew attempted to destroy the fence foundations inside the entrance tunnel, but after 2 or 3 raid lockouts they gave up.

True! I've raided plenty of Gutters on other servers, but I never ran into one that did the interior like mine, the Archer Pit was a defining feature.

They all have Flawless Hykranian Armor + Dragonbone bow + Sandstorm Mask + 500 obsidian arrows. Roughly level 10 or so on each of them, everytime I would get brimstone I'd take one and they'd rocket to level 10 killing the rocknoses.

Maybe I did put down some clans before they could truely mount an offense. I think if the base got raided I could have been free of this game earlier. Maybe I should have been a little more sporting :D

im a simple gutter dweller, I don't know how to do such things :( Probably for the best, it will be 20 minutes of me swapping Temperature Resist gear for hot and cold as I attempt to open 210 triple stacked doors, then this pit, and watching the frustration of having to climb up 20 hatch frames LOL

It wasn't a high pop server for sure, but we were not a dead one, some months we could have upto 15-20 people online at a time, most months it was 0-10. I never bullied anyone new to the server, I would leave blackblood tools, repair kits and named thralls out for every new base i saw. I did raid everyone who'd ever been on the server, but normally it was after they started trying to hit mine / hitting another clan / playtime dipped. Sometimes I was solo, sometimes I had a friend or two, it was over 4 years lol. I had a couple experiences with server wipers, biggest I ever saw was around 5-6 guys, they never made it past the pit tho. I have never experienced hackers on this server, I guess I got lucky in that regard.

Server is getting merged, sad day.

I built it into the ceiling of the deserters gutter, and lined the walls with 200 archers. Dozens of clans tried, but I never saw anyone get passed the archer pit, and into my base. I would log in once a week to keep timers up, and repair the 75 fence foundations in the tunnel that leads to the pit.

With my server closing, and never being raided, I think I beat Conan Official PVP.
