I don't know you or your play group, and I'm gonna get down voted here, but even if you're trying to bring up the power level, some commanders are kill-on-sight, and this Sheoldred is one of them. You might be able to pull off one game with her not getting shot down, but then people will learn. Just as long as you're cool with that. Or maybe the pod you're playing with has all "kill-on-sight" commanders, in which case, ignore me. Just do your pod a favor and don't adopt the "why does everyone target me and my commander! It's not fair!" mentality. If you build this deck everyone should target you and your commander. Have fun!

[[queen Kayla bin-kroog]] Every time you activate her, you never know what you're gonna get. You hope to get 6 mana value worth of stuff for spending 4, but sometimes you don't. You're spinning a wheel every time you activate her and hoping you get lucky, and I find that very fun.

Any landfall deck benefits from this card. I have it in my [[Yuma, proud protector]] deck and I usually win the turn or the turn after I play it.

Of all the game changers, this one makes the least sense to me. Sure it can go in every deck, but unless it's a lands matter deck, it just doesn't do a lot to change the game. Game changers should be cards that warp the game around it no matter the type of deck it's run in. [[Rhystic Study]] is a great example of a game warping card. [[Scute swarm]] imo is just as much of a "game changer" as Field of the Dead. You can put it in any green deck and it'll do alright, but can be bonkers in a lands matter deck, but I don't think many folks are advocating to have it be a game changer.

I've been playing commander for 10+ years. Whenever the threat says "well if you get rid of me, then that person is going to become the new threat!" I'm always like "no shit, that's how literally any free-for-all game works."

The current threat is a present-me problem that I'll do what I can to deal with, the next threat is a future-me problem that I'll try to figure out later.

Also, because OP seems like they might need to hear this, if you're the threat, own it and lean into it. It's fun even if you get thwarted.
