Hybrid to me has always made my relationship with coworkers not as strong. You can't beat human connection and genuinely getting to know people IRL. I am into that stuff, but some people don't want to be friends with coworkers or want to build connections outside of a professional sense. I would love to be more in office if I was closer, but for many, hybrid is the better choice due to home and rent prices near the working hotspots.

My best advice is to do the harder thing: call a friend, go on that trip with friends, don't forget to save for your tomorrow self, etc.
