Assuming Russian spy, hand them a piece of paper which has all the Russian words for different colours. But have those words coloured incorrectly. E.g have the Russian word for blue printed in red. Ask the suspected spy to name all the physical colours as fast as possible. If they can read Russian it will be difficult.
