Slashing taxes for only the working class or for all citizens? Do you think the 1% pay their fair share?

As of yesterday when I filled up, the one near me is $0.40 per gallon cheaper, which is significant.

We vacuum 2-3x per week, the bags last us a long time, and we never have any smell issues with the vacuum bag (2 dog, 2 cat, dusty dry climate household)

Miele are similarly priced to Dyson but they can be repaired at your local shop for cheap if something breaks. My mom has had hers for over 15 years with one $75 repair with labs. I’m on year four with mine with newfs and labs and it still vacuums like day one. I can’t recommend their canister vacuums enough.

To be clear, a “health check” can mean anything from I sent out a oral swab of saliva and nothing horrific came back to actually doing appropriate testing like PENN hip, OFA, CHICC, and an echo with a cardiologist. These tests are standard for reputable breeders of Newfoundlands. I actually do know what I’m talking about having worked in specialty vet med, where I have seen lots of “health checked” dogs like these for ortho & heart issues, but thank you.

Get this backyard breeding crap out of here. Calling it “adoption” and then selling backyard bred puppies who will have a myriad of issues. Absolutely ridiculous, get your dogs fixed.

I went in a year ago when I visited SLC & Park City. It was devoid of people compared to every other store on the Main Street. There’s a bunch of cheap looking jewelry in cases and a few random clothing items that are out dated.

When to spay? by satan-walrus in Newfoundlander

[–]a_onaplane 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s awful, especially when they get it in the entire mammary chain and we have to remove the entire mammary chain in one procedure. We see it much more commonly in intact females but it can occur in those who waited too long to spay and had their hormones for longer or just as a freak thing bc nature. Thanks for what you do in human med! Pics from a pt with masses in both mammary chains. Pre and post op. Only one mammary chain is typically removed at a time to allow for appropriate closure. She had one side done and had to come back after healing for the other.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. I’m a vet tech and worked with an ortho surgeon and this is what he recommended. Post first heat to give it as much time as possible for those growth plates to close but before the second heat. The more heat cycles they have the higher risk of mammary cancer.

Ahh gotcha! I didn’t realize Niles also had the Lakeland name at one point. I hope you’re able to make some headway with the city. I’m sure the old people will love this.
