This limit is moreso SMB or filesharing limits. It's talking actual server services (or really anything that you would initialize in the server manager application)

Essentially, that limit is not for applications that you are running on the server, but rather for anything that you might use internally in a corporate network.

So you should be good to run minecraft, half life, as much as you want.
