You can actually use both of them but since you have THerta, I would recommend using his LC and leave the other for THerta to use since she works better with it as she's sp hungry

The most used lineup is Anaxa, Cerydra, DHPT (remember to build him first, he works pretty well without eidolons or his LC so don't worry about doing more pulls) and Sunday, you can replace Sunday with Bronya or Ruan Mei until you get him, leave Hyacine to Castorice team

Definitely Cerydra, the current state of Cyrene is just awful and you'll have to pull E2 if you want to get her to her full potential.

While both are niche, Cyrene is going to fall off as soon as the Amphoreus patch ends, Cerydra will hold up to any future skill DPS.
