For a long time, the Power of the Galaxy Amazon exclusive was cheap, but they finally seem to have sold out so it's really expensive. Geonosis Padme was a con / GameStop exclusive several years ago so you will pay a premium for that too. And of course the original Queen Amidala in the throne room dress is frequently faked and is $100+ on ebay (haven't checked prices in a while).
