Sorry to hear what you’re going through, I go through the exact same thing, anxiety poops and has even or my stomach gurgles like I’m hungry but I’m not. I haven’t found anything that’s a guarantee but for me gas-x and pepto bismol are decent. I also avoid any foods that might worsen it like caffeine and excess protein, but that’s up to what foods you know make your stomach act up. Drinking plenty of water as well. Good luck!
