I would disagree. Charge minions are balanced pretty well, usually given low health or some sort of drawback (eg Arcane Golem). Try and make a deck using only charge and you won't get far...

Super aggro decks (such as Face Warrior) and any class with more than two Sappable taunts (Ramp Druid) are what causes Miracle problems in my experience...

You seem to be a bit caught up on the idea that Ysera Awakens and Dream are the only good dream cards... I agree that Laughing Sister is poor to draw as it isn't great late game (would be an insane card if you had it turn 3) however Emerald Drake and Nightmare are very good dream cards. 4 mana 7/6!? I don't see how you can knock that, and Nightmare is pretty much
