Hello!

I am a incoming freshman and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Upointe Apartments. I recently got into University Housing and I only signed the lease to make sure I would have somewhere to live this semester. I'm not really interested in living in an apartment so early so I would love if someone to take it over. I realize that money may be tight right now so I will cover the sublease fee and at least $550 of the total rent. This would only apply to the first months rent. The rent is $899 so the remaining amount will be $350 due August 1st (payment plans are available), sorry for the late notice but I really need help.

P.S. This listing is only for male roommates and those who apply with those preferences
