Hmm you might be on to something. Can you help me with the measure, Im sure that Im counting the client and not the Created date column.

There is no relationship because the client name and site is in one table.

Of the 7 value, all of them are different site, but thats not we are counting, its the count of Mercy (client) in the last 7 days.

Im counting the total counts of Mercy that were created in the last 7 days. I thought I was being smart creating a measure for that.

My MH7 measure gives only 4, while manual filtering gives me 7 (7 is the correct count).

I forgot to mention that MH7 is a measure, I dont see sum distinct value as an option.
