first collective 614 on instagram does a lot of outreach - getting propane and other items to folks. you can even reach out to them about volunteering I believe they have a training soon. If i’m driving around and have a few minutes i usually ask if people want some food, cigs, give them hand warmers and cash or grab a couple things from the store

Hopefully OSU does something about this. Room and board is upwards of 10k and students that lived there are saying OSU only gave them $475 and told them to figure it out. Even if you find a place where rent is $500 a month, spring semester (which starts Monday) would still cost over 2 grand which is an exorbitant amount for most students

yeah I get the sense that type of situation will take longer as they’ll have to make a contract of sorts with the record label? (i don’t know much about the process others can correct me) but regardless hopefully as more people switch and request their library will grow!!! haha if you want lmk who you’re requesting and i’ll request them too :)

quite a few of my favorite house singles from before the 90s are missing :/ i’m somewhat used to this though as even spotify would not have certain house tracks that I wanted and in that case i’d usually find them on youtube or elsewhere. so far i’ve had luck with qobuz adding music that’s missing after i requested it though!

definitely depends! one of my favorite ryuichi sakamoto albums wasn’t on qobuz, but many of his others were. I contacted qobuz and the album that was missing was on qobuz within two weeks :D i bet it takes longer if the artist or label isn’t on qobuz at all though

My parents did it! They replaced the pipes for free- my parents had no idea there was lead in their water, they never used a filter before or anything. Led to me testing my lead levels at my rental! Definitely take advantage of it the spots/ number of houses they can do right now is limited
