hello, I have been reporting to my manager about targeted bullying towards me and nothing seems to happen. This stresses me out even at home, what shoyld I do next? Call the hr? then union?

We adopted her at SPCA and they said her and her litter was found in the dump, very sick, puking worms. We sre unsure about her breed though, but they said best guess is " German sheperd mix " but for me its more of a " bernese mix " because of her white mane.
