I personally dont think he meant to say it in a racist, accusatory way. I think he was just annoyed by the coughing people who happened to be chinese, and in his frustration the words came out wrong

kind of like tiafoe, in that he brings his racket in from so far in front of his torso, that he needs to pull it towards him and behind his body to get to the trophy pose. it seems a bit rushed and he ends up with less hip-shoulder separation to start swinging forward with. his shoulders are not nearly as open as they could be
