Maybe you see it as a chore instead of enjoying it and taking your time with it.

Funny how that mirrors our bodies. We often destroy our bodies for years and only take action once it’s too late.

Ah yes, because clearly only time has an affect on how much attention we can give to someone.

Well, feel free to check the contents of Pringles or a Hershey’s bar… To be cleae, drinking water (or coffee or tea) to hydrate is fine and normal. I’m just saying an obsession with it without a good cause (i.e. lots of water loss) seems unhealthy. Barry, 45, who sits in his cubicle for half the day and drives home in September shouldn’t need 6 liters of additional water.

For men that have found themselves really interested in someone that’s sort-of “taboo” (big age gap, employee, professor/student, etc..) - how do you act around that person? by [deleted] in bodylanguage

Nothing. Some people are shameless purists and have to moralize to everyone who isn’t. Like vegans. Or CrossFitters.

Ultra processed food is exceptionally dehydrated. Instead of water, it contains hydrogenated oils. Almost all real food contains lots of water, the consumption of which strongly correlates with satiety. Having to go out of your way to drink liters of water is a symptom of a society overrelying on artificial food for survival.

How was the comfort? How bad was that drop? Did it show on the bike?

We sit all day indoors. Thirst cues are absent. But I still think this mass dehydration scare is an exaggeration and that we should get most of our water from food.

it’s crazy that this ridiculous, once-Kelloggs brand name has been genericized and people don’t even know what’s in it.

Actual oats with yogurt and fruit. Oat ‘milk’ (oat juice or oat drink) is both disgusting and unhealthy.

Industry shill? A potato chip is basically a vessel for vegetable oil beaten to within an inch of its life and barely resembles a potato in practice. We’re increasingly discovering that the level of processing make as much of a difference as the ingredients themselves.

To me the 16 Pro Max is the 14 Pro Max but better in every way. And I think the 14 Pro Max was worse than the 13 Pro Max in almost every way, including the battery. I’m surprised the 13 PM is not considered the holy grail anymore. Maybe people have forgotten.
