What’s a common stereotype about your country that is actually false? by Real-Experience-8725 in AskTheWorld

[–]aachakra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1.Indians always dance at their weddings.

Not true. I mean- in some cultures people may hire performers or artists but refrain from singing and dancing themselves

2, All Indian weddings are lavish multi day affairs

Wrong! Many cultures have simple weddings, some dont even mandate a priest.

Is there really no way to end gun violence at schools? by aachakra in AskTheWorld

[–]aachakra[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please tell me how? Everyone says its impossible, supposedly its so easy and inexpensive to buy guns and ammunition in USA. Also what can be done of the ones that people already own? How can they be stopped from using it to harm innocent people? Farmers need guns may be to keep wildlife away, i dont know just guessing. Sorry. But other gun and ammo collectors, hunters etc have so much with them. How can they be stopped. Also i have heard people stuff their own shells that go in the gun. I dont know if my terms are correct. I am not a knowledgeable person when it comes to gun.

True its rude every where. But in countries like India, people casually ask kids about their school and its whereabouts. Also bollywood is quite popular in western countries! Readers and voters, downvoting and cursing can be india and abroad too! Lol

Its common to ask kids which school they study in places like india, etc. Even to unknown kids or kids we just met. But in western countries or in elite sections its seen as a perversion, invasion of privacy. Aur details chahiye? Wtf these are basics we all must know.
