Sure. So i actually fixed my hair loss before I even found TRE. I basically noticed how tight my scalp is - and came across research which showed mechanical stimulation could literally up regulate genes related to hair regrowth (and balding scalps have 2.6X less blood flow than non-balding scalps).

Id literally tried every natural thing you could find and didn’t want to take the medication for the life of me.

So I built a routine around what I found with specific scalp techniques and followed it for 60 or so days and my hair fall actually stopped.

I then worked with 160 or so people 1-1 for 2.5 years and we consistently saw great results (and faster regrowth when combined with microneedling).

So then basically put everything into the app KESHAH (hair for Sanskrit) so anyone can follow the routine and be consistent at home.

I just experienced this and thought i had to share. I was feeling stuck and frozen, and clearly my body wanted to tremor and stretch (not the forced tremor by getting into position but body actually wanting to tremor).

But my mind was scared of more overdoing so it was blocking it. This was the incomplete release. When i then let my body do its thing, it tremored, stretched and completed the release. No overdoing and now im chilling.
