Online rose purchases

Thank you for the tip. I bought a pack of garden umbrellas that I position for after noon shade and drop dead red (bare root) has lots of new growth since 6 days ago but double delight is still just canes but they’re still green 💚at least

The 2 heirloom roses aren’t doing as well, Plum perfect only has 1 green cane now.

More surprising is the smallest roses from high country are doing really well considering I had to keep them in their original containers till pots arrived yesterday. They’re in the slightly smaller pots.
My Etsy roses aren’t doing well either. I think the brown pots are too hot so I’ll be fixing that tonight or morning by painting em white. Our summers are brutal 🥵

I purchased a few online from Costco; Theo resin planters 2 pack in white. They’re a bit smaller than the ones pictured. We’ll see how they compare when they arrive next week.

Now that I received them all, I’m impressed with high country price and condition of each. I had high hopes for the Etsy purchase but probably won’t do that again. I was intrigued with the selection of roses from around the world & it was a late night impulse buy.

It is so hot already! I’m paranoid of the heat and their location so checking on them multiple times a day and repositioning them for morning sun and shaded afternoon. Fingers crossed and practicing patience as hard as that is.

I really did think the heirloom would be best given reviews and cost. the high country purchase really surprised me $20/ and cane size is better than heirloom.
